清水混凝土技术在20世纪80年代后期的S开始应用，其发展过程经历了原始清水混凝土、清水混凝土、镜面清水混凝土和彩色清水混凝土四个阶段。由于目前中国清水混凝土的质量没有严格的验收标准和技术标准，因此在设计和施工中存在一些问题，应针对不同的问题采取不同的对策。
Fair-faced concrete technology began to be applied in China in late 80's of the 20'th century and its development process has undergone four stages of original fair-faced concrete,fair-faced concrete,mirror fair-faced concrete and colored fair-faced concrete.Since there have not been strict acceptance criterion and technical standard for the quality of the fair-faced concrete available currently in China,there exist some problems in its design and construction,and different countermeasures should be taken against the various problems.
