结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTL)是一种罕见于口腔的血液系统恶性肿瘤。我们报告一例62岁女性在53岁时接受活体供肝移植后发生ENKTL的病例。她有丙型肝炎相关性肝硬变的病史。在被诊断为坏死性溃疡性牙龈炎后，她接受了抗生素治疗，但效果不佳。临床结果提示是一种肿瘤性疾病，需要进行牙龈活检。根据免疫组织化学分析，明确诊断为ENKTL。经过两个疗程的微笑化疗，她获得了完全的临床缓解。
Extranodal nasal‐type NK/T‐cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is a hematopoietic malignancy that is rare in the oral cavity. We report a case of a 62‐year‐old woman who developed ENKTL after undergoing living‐donor liver transplantation at the age of 53 years. She had a history of hepatitis C‐related liver cirrhosis. After being diagnosed with necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis, she received antibiotic therapy; however, it was ineffective. Clinical findings suggested a neoplastic disease and necessitated a gingival biopsy. A definitive diagnosis of ENKTL was made based on the immunohistochemical analysis. She achieved a complete clinical response after two courses of SMILE chemotherapy.
