We have recently completed a survey of archival Lyα spectra of cool main sequence stars within 100 pc using data from the Hubble Space Telescope. The H I Lyα absorption lines were analyzed in part to measure properties of the interstellar medium along the observed lines of sight, but the primary goal was to search for evidence of H I absorption from the outer heliosphere and from the analogous astrospheres surrounding the observed stars. The astrospheric absorption is of particular interest because it provides the first method by which one can detect the coronal winds of solar-like stars. We report here 7 new detections of astrospheric absorption, although 2 are marginal, and 4 new detections of heliospheric absorption. This roughly doubles the number of previous astrospheric and heliospheric absorption detections. We report the results of preliminary efforts to use the astrospheric detections to measure mass loss rates for the observed cool stars, and we make some preliminary inferences on what these measurements imply for how mass loss relates to age and activity for solar-like stars.
