利用安徽省光机所在兴隆测得的Fry参数r0和北京市气象台常规探空资料，利用最新统计方法，计算了折射率结构系数C2n的常数，α=0.4113。
Taking advantage of the lastest statistical method,the constant of refractive index structure coefficient C 2 n is calculated by way of the Fried parameter r 0 measured by Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Machinics at Xinglong and datum of routine sounding of Beijing Meteorological Station.The result shows α=0.4113.
