Results of a study for a qq-inaccessible J P C= 1-+ state are presented. The data on the η'π-, π+ π-π-and ωπ 0 π-systems production were collected with the VES setup and subjected to mass-independent Partial Wave Analyses. The 1-+ wave exhibits a structure at~ 1.6 GeV/c 2 in all three systems. The wave suppression in the ηπ-system wrt the η'π-favours the hybrid interpretation of the signal. A mass-dependent fit to density matrix elements for the ωπ 0 π-system favours a resonant behaviour of this wave. A combined fit to its intensity in three systems results in a Breit-Wigner structure with M~ 1.6 GeV/c 2 and Γ~ 0.3 GeV/c 2.
