试验研究了蚯蚓堆肥对番茄农艺性状和品质的影响。结果表明，不同蚯蚓堆肥处理不仅能很好地改善番茄的农艺性状，而且能提高番茄的座果率、维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性固形物含量。在单独的蚯蚓堆肥有机肥试验中，80%蚯蚓堆肥处理显著促进番茄株高、茎粗和茎粗的生长，40%蚯蚓堆肥处理显著提高坐果率；20%和60%蚯蚓堆肥处理分别提高维生素C含量12.17%和24.34%，60%和80%蚯蚓堆肥处理分别提高可溶性糖20.34%和42.89%，60%蚯蚓堆肥处理对果实中可溶性固形物含量24.04%有显著影响。蚯蚓堆肥配合化肥处理对番茄农艺性状有较好的改善作用，对坐果率的影响呈先增后降的趋势，但对果实维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性固形物的改善趋势不同。
The experiment studied the effects of vermicompost on agronomic characters and quality of tomato.The results showed that different treatments of vermicompost not only could be very good to improve the tomato agronomic characters,but also could improve the tomato fruit rate,vitamin C,soluble sugar and the content of total soluble solids.In separate vermicompost organic manure experiments,80% vermicompost treatment significantly boost tomato plant height,width and stem diameter growth,40% vermicompost treatment obviously improved fruit rate;20% and 60% vermicompost treatments respectively improved the content of vitamin C were 12.17% and 24.34%,60% and 80% vermicompost treatments respectively improved soluble sugar were 20.34% and 42.89%,60% vermicompost treatment significantly influenced on the total soluble solids which was 24.04%.Vermicompost with fertilizer treatments could be better to improve tomato agronomic characters,and the effects on the fruit rate represented the trend of first increasing and then dropping,but had different improved trends on vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble solids of fruit.
