Although attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) persists in most patients through adolescence and into adulthood, until recently, the effects of ADHD on driving were explored only minimally. This article highlights research that has been conducted over the last 10 years concerning the risks of driving among adolescents and adults with ADHD.
