In this document our aim is to give a new integrated solution that provides QoS in the micromobility area. The provisioning of QoS has four main components that are in the scope of this paper. These are the followings: a Call Admission Control (CAC) algorithm, a method to map the users QoS demand with the help of Service Level Specification (SLS), a procedure to shorten the time needed for a handover by unified signalling and IP packet header compression.
