本文报告1例隐球菌性脑膜炎患者用阿替霉素B治疗。入院时，患者表现为脑膜炎的典型症状，并显示主动脉瓣返流的体征。血培养无菌，但脊髓液培养C阳性。新人类患者首先口服阿替西霉素治疗，无任何反应。静脉给药后，临床症状逐渐改善，脊髓液培养物变得无菌。
A case of cryptococcus meningitis treated with amphotericin B is reported. On admission the patient presented a typical picture of meningitis and also showed signs of aortic regurgitation. Blood cultures were sterile, but the spinal fluid cultures were positive for C. neoformans. The patient was treated at first with amphotericin orally without any response. Following intravenous administration of the drug, there was progressive clinical improvement and the spinal fluid cultures became sterile.
