1.1. The clinical and histopathologic features of two cases of the extremely rare sialolithiasis of the minor salivary glands are discussed.2.2. The calculi are shown to be of the organic type, and some of their histochemical characteristics are briefly described.3.3. The pathologic changes within the related minor salivary glands are shown to parallel those noted in obstructed major salivary glands.
