ConclusionBased on the results of the study reported here, medical students appear to have positive attitudes toward most uses of computers in medical endeavors, and most have some previous experience with computers. As microcomputers continue to increase in portability and power and decline in cost, students' experience with computers will almost certainly increase before they enter medical school.
