对两种杜氏藻的内转录空间(ITS)进行了分析。利用PCR技术克隆了杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)基因,并进行了序列测定,结合GenBank中的序列数据构建了杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)的ITS系统发育树,其中一株(Dunaliella salina SHU 01)与杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella viridis)CONC 002的亲缘关系最近,另一株(Dunaliella salina SHU 02)与杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)UTEX 1644的亲缘关系最近,因此将杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina SHU 01)命名为杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella viridis)SHU,和盐生杜氏藻SHU 02作为盐生杜氏藻SHU。
The internal transcribed spaces(ITS) of the two Dunaliella sp.(Dunaliella salina) were cloned by PCR and sequenced.An ITS phylogenetic tree was constructed based on combination of sequence data set from GenBank.Based on this "tree",one(Dunaliella salina SHU 01) was mostly close to Dunaliella viridis CONC 002 and the other(Dunaliella salina SHU 02) was close to Dunaliella salina UTEX 1644.Therefore,Dunaliella salina SHU 01 is named as Dunaliella viridis SHU,and Dunaliella salina SHU 02 as Dunaliella salina SHU.
