目的：为了统一管理患者的用药信息，开发了用药笔记本，用于记录伦理药、非处方药、保健食品史、既往史、不良事件史、过敏史等用药信息。向医生和药剂师出示用药笔记本，可以防止药物的不良事件、相互作用和重复用药。< br>资料来源·研究选择·数据提取：本文对以往关于用药笔记本使用的研究进行了全面的综述。< br>结果·结论：通过本文的综述，我们可以系统地了解有关用药笔记本的文献，并可以总结出许多证实用药笔记本有效性的证据。我们需要对用药笔记本提出进一步的证据，以推广用药笔记本。
Objective: A medication notebook is developed in order to unitedly manage medication information of patients and is used by writing medication information such as history of ethical drugs, over-the-counter drugs and health foods, anamnesis, history of adverse events and allergy. Adverse events, interaction and duplication of drugs can be prevented by showing a medication notebook to doctors and pharmacists.< br> Data Sources· Study Selection· Data Extraction: In this article, we reviewed literatures regarding preceding studies on the utilization of medication notebooks comprehensively.< br> Results· Conclusion: In our review, we could comprehend literature on medication notebooks systematically and could summarize a lot of evidences that confirm the usefulness of medication notebooks. We need to produce further evidences on medication notebooks to spread medication notebooks.
