This paper describes the rationale of the UK government's innovation agenda. This is based on the innovation report "Competing in the global economy - the innovation challenge (Dec. 2003)". This paper describes the rationale of the UK government's innovation agenda. This is based on the innovation report "Competing in the global economy - the innovation challenge (Dec. 2003)".
