本研究采用跨时元分析的方法，考察了17年来我国教师SCL-90的变化情况以47名语文教师为研究对象，收集17年间SCL-90 9个维度的均值和标准差，并进行比较。各因子得分与时间呈正相关，说明教师心理健康水平降低幼儿园教师和大学教师心理健康状况良好，小学教师心理健康状况良好，中等教育和特殊教育教师的心理健康状况较差，职业中学教师的心理健康得分介于中等教育和特殊教育之间（N = 21356）。
Using the cross-temporal meta-analysis,studys examined the changes of Chinese teachers’scores on the SCL 90 in the past 17 years(1995-2011).Forty-seven samples of Chinese teachers were included in the data.The means and SDs of nine dimensions of SCL-90 during 17 years were gathered and compared.Results and conclusions showed that: The score of each factor have positive correlation with time.That means the level of teachers’mental health reduced(N = 24042).The kindergarten teacher and teachers in college have a good mental health station,teachers in primary school,middle school and special education get worse mental health condition,and the vocational middle schools teacher’s score between the first two group(N = 21356).
