综述了我国矿业废弃地的现状及其环境影响。论述了近几十年来我国矿山废弃地恢复在理论研究、法规建设和实践方面的进展与不足。同时，结合我国国情，研究矿山废弃地的恢复技术，有效促进理论研究与实践的结合，修订和完善现行的矿山废弃地恢复法规，是加强我国矿山废弃地恢复的重要基础。
The current situations and environmental impacts of mining wastelands of china are reviewed. The progress and shortcoming in theoretical researches code construction and practices in restoration of mining wastelands in China during the past several decades are discussed. Meanwhile, it is suggested that researching restoration techniques according to the situation of China,effectively promoting the combination of theoretical research and practice, revising and perfecting the present restoration codes are the most important fundamental for enhancing the restoration of mining wastelands in China.
