The article presents a case study of an 82-year-old woman with cervical lymphadenopathy who was admitted to Japanese Red Cross Wakayama Medical Center in Japan. Her computed tomography (CT) scan showed significant cervical, mediastinal, and abdominal lymphadenopathy, and a biopsy of a cervical lymph node led to the diagnosis of low-grade B-cell lymphoma. Transrectal endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration was also conducted for the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
