This expression follows from the Peach-Koehler formula see Eq. 3.90 in Ref. 1. All of the values of and p should be multiplied by a/b; in particular, the Peierls stresses p in Table II. Using a 3.33 Å, and b 3.84 Å for full dislocations and 2.22 Å for the glide partials, the corrected values for p should be 15.63 and 19.66 for the glide 60 and screw dislocations, respectively; 0.076 and 0.103 for the corresponding shuffle set; and 0.450 and 0.561 for the 90 and 30 glide partials 0.4 eV/Å3, the 111 shear modulus.
