In this paper, we study some optimal control problems governed by certain semilinear parabolic equations with ${\mathcal K}$-approximate periodic solutions. We first prove the existence and uniqueness theorems for ${\mathcal K}$-approximate periodic solutions of the equations. We then use these results to establish the qualified Pontryagin maximum principle. The existence for such optimal controls is also investigated in the paper.
