Methods Homogenates of brain and other organs were prepared in 5m M, tris phosphate buffer, pH 7.2. DRAR-cellulose columns were run, and starch gel electrophoresis was done as already described (Moore and McGregor, 1965). The G-200 Sephadex column (2.2 X 2OOcm.) used during the purification (Table I) was eluted with O. lM_ potassium phosphate pH 7.1, by pumping
