A controlled clinical trial of reserpine in four cases of Huntington's Chorea showed significant improvement in two cases. A more extended trial of reserpine in a total of seven cases of Huntington's Chorea showed some degree of reduction in hyperkinesis in five patients. Procaine amide was tried in four patients and was not found to be effective. A series of biochemical investigations on these seven patients have been reported and the possible significance of the findings discussed.
