本文首先简要介绍了全球网格的研究成果，然后沿着提出了一种新的网格划分方法，并对几种适用于不同研究领域的网格划分方法进行了扩展，最后阐述了网格的编码策略以及网格编码与坐标的转换方法。
This paper introduces briefly the achievements on global grid research firstly,a new method of grid division is proposed along with several extended method to fit for various research domains.At last,the author expounds the encoding strategy of grids and the conversion method between grid code and coordinate.
