In this paper, we prove that an even rootless lattice L is isomorphic to 2 A 1, 2 D 4, 2 E 8, or BW 16 if the lattice type vertex operator algebra V L+ is of class S 4. In addition, we prove that the vertex operator algebra V 2 D 4+ is of class S 5, and the vertex operator algebras V 2 A 1+, V 2 E 8+, and V BW 16+ are of class S 7.
