微孢子虫是一种寄生在细胞内的原生生物。蜂微孢子虫和中华微孢子虫是两种典型的微孢子虫。它们引起微孢子虫病。本文通过16S rDNA片段的克隆和测序，主要介绍了这两种微孢子虫在中国的分布。结果表明，中华微孢子虫是引起意大利蜜蜂微孢子虫病的病原体，目前在中国还没有发现。
Microsporidia is a kind of protist that parasitizes in the cell.Nosema apis and Nosema ceranae are two typical types of them.They cause the Nosema disease.This article mainly introduces the distribution of the two Microsporidia spp.in China by cloning and sequencing of the segment of 16s rDNA.The results showed that Nosema ceranae was the agent of cause Nosema disease of Apis melliffera in most provinces of China.Nosema apis that was considered as the pathogen of Nosema disease in China has not been found until now.
