Article 1. THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW This law guarantees the rights of citizens 2 to decide and express their attitude towards religion, to convictions corresponding to this and to the unhindered confession of a religion and the exercise of religious rites, and also to equality and protection of the rights and interests of citizens regardless of their attitude towards religion, and regulates the relations pertaining to the activity of religious organisations.
