We study the cohomology theory of graded LieH-pseudoalgebras. Furthermore, using the differential of a 1-cochain in the reduced complex of graded LieH-pseudoalgebras, we define the notion of graded LieH-pseudobialgebras. The coboundary graded LieH-pseudo-bialgebras and related CYBE theory are also considered.
