OBJECTIVES To determine the expression patterns and prognostic value of S100A2 and S100A4 in surgical specimens from radical cystectomy for transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.METHODS Immunohistochemical staining for S100A2 and S100A4 was performed in 92 archived radical cystectomy and 38 normal specimens.
