介绍了一种新的预报方法——低频天气图(LFSC)。利用低频天气图分析了低频气旋和反气旋的活动特征，并根据其活动特征对降水过程进行了预报。2008年7月至9月上海地区的预报效果较好，预报有效期约为20～40天。LFSC方法可应用于降水过程的中长期预报。
A new forecasting method,low-frequency weather map(LFSC),is introduced in this paper.By using LFSC,the active characteristics of the low-frequency cyclones and anticyclones are analyzed and based on its active characteristics forecast the precipitation processes.The forecast results are good in Shanghai region from July to September 2008 and its forecasting period of validity is about 20～40 days.The LFSC method can be apply to precipitation process in medium-range and long-range forecasts.
