物理康复是中风患者再生过程中不可或缺的一部分。在给定的文章中，我们已经表明了医学体能训练的讲师在缺血性中风患者的推动功能恢复中的作用。如果病人没有积极地展示恢复失去的技能，就不可能谈论恢复积极的生活能力，即使只是部分地。相反，积极参与康复活动并完全执行指导员的指导的患者完全恢复了积极的生活。中风患者的完全康复取决于他们冲动能力的恢复。在这方面，有必要特别重视理疗练习中指导员的准备问题。
Physical rehabilitation is an integral part of regenerative process of patients with a stroke. In given article we have shown a role of the instructor of medical physical training in restoration of impellent functions at patients with an ischemic stroke. Without active display of the patient to restoration of the lost skills it is impossible to speak about returning to active ability to live, if only partially. On the contrary patients who render active participation in rehabilitation actions and completely carrying out instructions of the instructor completely came back to active life. The complete recovery of patients with a stroke depends on restoration of their impellent skills. In this connection, it is necessary to give special value to questions of preparation of instructors in physiotherapy exercises.
