目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定银栀黄注射液中绿原酸的含量。方法：以C18色谱柱为固定相。流动相为甲醇-3%冰醋酸（13∶87），流速1.0 ml·min-1，波长327 nm。结果：绿原酸在0.384~1.92 μg范围内呈线性关系（r=0.9999）。平均回收率为99.85%，RSD为0.90%（n=5）。结论：该方法简便、准确，可用于银栀黄注射液的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Chlorogenic acid in yinzhihuang injection.Methods:A C18 column was used as stationary phase.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-3% glacial acetic acid(13∶87) with flow rate 1.0 ml·min-1 and detecting at wavelength 327 nm.Results:The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.384～1.92 μg(r=0.9999).The mean recovery was 99.85% with RSD 0.90%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate and could be used for quality control of yinzhihuang injection.
