摘要本研究旨在探讨内格里班图尔职业高中学生的内控源与职业成熟度的关系。研究涉及150名11年级学生的五个班在SMK Negri 1班图尔作为样本，采用整群随机抽样。采用职业成熟度量表和内控源量表进行数据收集，采用Pearson积差相关分析方法，采用SPSS16.0forWindows进行统计分析。结果表明，两个变量之间的相关系数达到r = 0.161和p = 0.049（p <0.05=显著）。结果表明，大学生的内控源与职业成熟度之间存在显著的正相关。大学生的心理控制源越高，其职业成熟度越高，反之亦然。关键词：职业成熟度，职业规划，心理控制源。
Abstract This study aims to determine the relation between internal locus of control and career maturity of students in vocational high school (SMK) Negri 1 Bantul. The research involved 150 eleventh-grade students of five classes in SMK Negri 1 Bantul as samples that were chosen using cluster random sampling. Data was collected using career maturity scale and internal locus of control scale and Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with SPSS 16.0 for Windows was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the coefficient correlation between those two variables reach at r = 0.161 and p = 0.049 ( p <0.05= significant). It can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between internal-locus of control and students’s career maturity. The higher students’ internal locus of control, the higher students’ career maturity and vice versa. Keywords: career maturity, career-planning, internal locus of control.
