The article focuses on issue of charge injection which enables to investigate the mechanism of charge transport of nanopore structured silver electrodes in bottom-gate bottom-contact (BGBC) of organic field effect transistors (OFET). Topics discussed include use of scanning Kelvin probe microscopy (SKPM) to detect the condition of the local electric potential, nanopore electrodes induce the growth of pentacene with a reduced number of grain boundaries and performance in organic electronics.
