We report a 39-year-old woman, with poor ovarian reserve and 6· 5 years of infertility, who had not conceived as a result of inadequate embryo development in four previous attempts at assisted conception and subsequent embryo transfer, despite changes in follicular stimulation protocol, co-culture of embryos with helper cells in vitro, assisted hatching, and fragment removal.
