The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old woman who undergo colonoscopy because of abdominal discomfort. Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) was conducted for histological assessment of submucosal tumor (SMT). Adenocarcinoma was covered with non-neoplastic mucosa. Lymphadenectomy and colectomy was conducted after the endoscopic resection.
