In order to prevent global warming, social and economic policies are required. This study aims to propose the CO2 emission trading system between households as a new economic strategy contributing prevention of global warming and analyze the feasibility of introduction of the strategy. A questionnaire survey is executed in Tokushima Prefecture to gather the data for the analysis. About 60 percent of people approve the introduction of the system. The relationship between the amount of money to trade and the rate of approval in this system can be estimated and as a result, the proper value in trade is proposed.
