某L4发动机汽车在空转状态下,空调工作,冷却风扇以最高转速2470 r/min转动时,方向盘(SW)振动较大。对隔振器连接点和隔振器的振动进行了一系列的实验测试,找出了特定工况下影响隔振器振动的因素。采用数值模拟方法分析了发动机冷凝器-散热器-风扇模块(CRFM)的振动特性。利用能量解耦和Newmark-Beta方法建立了CRFM的振动数值模型,分析了不同隔振组CRFM在底盘激励和冷却风扇振动下的模态频率和振动响应。优化研究了CRFM隔振器的刚度,使CRFM隔振器能够避开外部激励频段,从而降低其振动响应。
The steering wheel(SW) of an automobile with L4 engine vibrates greatly,when the engine is idling with air conditioner working and cooling fan rotating at its top speed 2 470 r/min.Series of experiments were taken to test the vibration of isolators' connecting points and the SW so that the factors influencing SW vibration under specific working conditions could be identified.The vibration induced by the engine condenser-radiator-fan module(CRFM) was analyzed by numerical simulation.The numerical model of CRFM vibration was established with the help of energy decoupling and Newmark-Beta methodology,which could analyze the modal frequencies and vibration response of CRFM with different isolator groups under excitation of chassis and cooling fan vibration.The optimization investigates the stiffness of CRFM isolators so that CRFM can evade the external excitation frequency band and its vibration response can be reduced.
