采用传统的高温固相反应法制备了Yb3+掺杂的KLa5O5(VO4)2荧光粉。用x射线衍射对制备的粉末的晶体结构进行了表征。用漫反射光谱法测定了样品的带隙。利用稳态光致发光和激发光谱研究了荧光粉的下移发光特性。结果表明,Yb3+在紫外范围内具有宽的v单键do电荷转移带,可致敏近红外发射。所研究的Yb3+掺杂的KLa5O5(VO4)2荧光粉有可能提高太阳能电池的效率。
Yb3+doped KLa5O5(VO4)2phosphors were successfully synthesized by traditional high temperature solid-state reaction. The crystal structure of the prepared powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction. The band gap of the samples were evaluated by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The down-shifting luminescence properties of the phosphors were investigated by steady-state photoluminescence (PL) and excitation spectra. The results show that Yb3+near infrared emission can be sensitized by the broad Vsingle bondO charge-transfer band in UV range. The studied Yb3+doped KLa5O5(VO4)2phosphors can potentially improve the efficiency of solar cells.
