Study on karyotypes diversity of five different geographical population in Limnonects fujianensis

福建湖鲃5个不同地理种群的核型多样性研究

对来自安徽、浙江、江西、福建、湖南等5个不同地理种群的福建林蛙进行了染色体组型研究。结果表明，5个不同地理种群的福建林蛙具有相同的2n=22，Nf=44和7+4核型公式，但它们之间存在一定的差异。福建种群的11对染色体均为中着丝粒染色体，3号染色体为亚中部着丝粒染色体，其余为中着丝粒染色体。5个地理种群的3，7号染色体的相对长度和臂比有明显差异。
The karyotypes of Limnonectes fujianensis from Anhui,Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Fujian and Hunan province were studied.The chromosomal specimen was made by the stream-fixation method of marrow cell.Result demonstrated that L.fujianensis from five different geographical populations have the same 2n=22,NF=44 and 7+4 karyotypic formulae,but some dissimilarities were found among them.In Fujian population,all of the 11 pairs chromosomes were metacentric chromosomes,however,in the other,the NO.3 pair was submetacentric chromosomes,the rest pairs were metacentric chromosomes.There were obvious differences in relative length and arm ratio of NOs.3,7 among the five populations.
