In this paper, we conducted intensive research on the application of DEA-DA model and method on quality control in production process, and put forward the applied train of thought and the measure. Otherwise we chose 10 kinds of equipment to verify the model. At last, we put forward the measure to distinguish the well quality product from newcome ones and determined a newcome sample’s quality well or not.
