河南省农业现代化水平的评价是制定发展战略的基础。本文借鉴现代农业的经典理论，在农业现代化内涵的基础上，建立了包括经济水平、农民生活水平和生态环境三个指标的评价体系，并运用定权灰色聚类方法将河南省划分为发达、落后和落后三个类型。对每一种类型进行深入分析，并提出相应的发展战略，为宏观政策的制定提供依据，从而促进农业现代化的发展。
Evaluation on the level of Henan Province agriculture modernization is the base of making development strategy.Refening to the classic theory of modern agriculture,this paper set up an evaluation system which contains the index of the economic level,farmers' life standard and ecology on the basis of connotation of agriculture modernization.We use the method of fixed weight grey clustering to divide Henan Province into three types,namely,well-developed,middle-developed,and under-developed.We make a deep analysis for each type and give them corresponding development strategy which provides a basis for making macro policy.So we can promote the development of agriculture modernization.
