However, the current treatment options cannot meet the clinical demands in cutaneous warts of children.[1] Painful treatments are usually not tolerated and should be avoided in young children.[2] The common therapies such as cryotherapy and topical treatments showed disappointed clinical effects in multiple warts of children. Although our study is limited by a small number of patients and lack of control group, the results indicate that local hyperthermia therapy can be a highly successful option for the treatment of hands and feet warts in children.
