Due to the high dynamics of changes in the market, it is necessary to proceed improvement in a short time and allow for maximum use of grasp opportunities and avoid risks. One of the most important areas of modern enterprise management is logistics and especially logistics management. The decisions made have a direct impact on the organization efficiency, understood as the fulfillment of the customers' expectations and needs.
