HighlightsSilver nanoparticles (AgNPs) had the antifungal effect on Fusarium solani.The growth of Fusarium solani was inhibited completely by 10 mg/L AgNPs.The structures of mycelia cells and organelles are damaged when exposed to AgNPs.The genes for energy and substance metabolism were regulated in AgNPs treated group.
