The special case a', b'= 0, b~ 0 is the Hermite-Fej6r interpolation and the special case b, a'= 0, b'~ 0 is the Ps interpolation. The special case a'= 0 was investigated in [3]. In this paper we consider the case b< 0, a'= 1. No general theorem is known to cover all these cases.
