摘要在常压、平均温度为1500 ~ 3000 K的条件下,在H2/Ar等离子体射流中进行了轻烃加氢热解实验。原材料为液化石油气。实验结果表明,在所有热解产物中,主要产物为乙炔。炭黑是副产品。乙炔的收率和选择性分别达到74%和80%。采用XRD、TEM、液氮吸附-脱附等方法对炭黑进行了表征。
Abstract The hydropyrolysis of light hydrocarbons were carried out in H2/Ar plasma jet at atmosphere pressure and average temperature between 1500K and 3000K. The raw material was Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The experimental results show that among all the pyrolysis products, major product is acetylene. Carbon black is the byproduct. The yield and selectivity of acetylene can reach 74%, 80%, respectively. Carbon black is characterized with XRD, TEM, and adsorption-and-desorption of liquid nitrogen, respectively.
