We present a Monte Carlo program based on the Lund model for Jet fragmentation. Quark, gluon, dlquark and hadron jets are considered. Special emphasis Is put on the fragmentation of colour singlet Jet systems, for which energy, momentum and flavour are conserved explicitly. The model for decays of unstable particles, In particular the weak decay of heavy hadrons, Is described. The central part of the paper Is a detailed description on how to use the FORTRAN 77 program.
