There is a finite dimensional semisimple associative algebrafor a suitable 2-cocyclenaturally determined by theG-action onsuch thatand the vertex operator algebraform a dual pair on the sum ofV-modules inin the sense of Howe. In particular, every irreducibleV-module is completely reducible-module.
