Bats accomplish 3-dimensional acoustic navigation by an echolocation despite of a minimal sonar design equipped with only one transmitter and two receivers. Understanding a simple robust bio-sonar system is expected to be useful solution for cheap designed autonomous vehicle. In this study, we constructed a bats inspired method for 3-dimensional localization with binaural beat and interaural level difference information. Finally, we also evaluated our proposed method by practical localization experiments.
