本文运用身份经济学和信任分析的概念，对农地交易中的非理性行为和信任因素进行了分析。综上所述，第一，借贷双方的非理性行为决策都受到身份的影响。其次，借款人的农地经营能力和贷款人对借款人个性的评价被认为是信任因素。此外，研究结果表明，身份和信任是相互关联的，以鼓励土地交易。
This paper is to clarify factors of irrational acts and trust in farmland transactions by using the Identity Economics and trust analysis concept. To conclude, firstly lenders and the borrower’s irrational act decisions are affected by their identity. Secondly, the capability of the borrower’s farmland management skills and evaluating the individuality of the borrower by lenders are considered as trust factors. Furthermore, research results show that the identity and trust are related to each other to encourage land transactions.
