本文考虑一类具有奇异位势的四阶退化椭圆算子的特征值估计。利用Fourier变换和一些次椭圆估计，得到了特征值的Li-Yau型下界估计.特别地，当退化向量场是满足广义Métivier条件的Grushin型向量场时，利用trail函数不仅得到了特征值的下界估计，而且得到了作为特征值上界的Yang型不等式.
In this paper, we consider estimates for eigenvalues of a class of fourth order degenerate elliptic operators with a singular potential. By using the Fourier transformation and some sub-elliptic estimates, we get the Li-Yau type lower bound estimates for the eigenvalues. Especially, if the degenerate vector fields are Grushin type vector fields satisfying the generalized Métivier condition, we not only obtain lower bound estimates, but also get the Yang-type inequalities as upper bounds for eigenvalues by using the trail function.
